About Us

ABOUT US

As a boutique FM company, Kelen FM covers all aspects of facilities management including installation and maintenance. Dedication to excellence is our core value. We offer intelligent direction, skilful execution and most importantly the vision to see any obstacle as a new opportunity to excel. We provide cost-effective solutions with a personal touch.

We understand that every project is unique, and plan all tasks according to the client’s individual needs, rather than subscribing to a ‘cookie cutter’ philosophy.

We specialise in working in the luxury sector. There are many projects we are proud of: update from an old Lutron to a cutting-edge KNX lighting system, installation of new electrical awnings on a listed building, installion of Christmas decorations, a client event at  the Saatchi Gallery in London and a complete refurbishment of a small warehouse.

The Kelen FM team includes industry professionals, who have amassed a wealth of knowledge throughout their careers. Their expertise is utilised to its full potential at Kelen FM, using their skills to deliver superior service on all projects. All projects are overseen by our dedicated management team, bringing their expertise to every decision. We place importance on the health and safety of our employees and clients, offering sustainable profitability, environmental protection and remaining socially responsible throughout all projects.

So that we can offer the most intelligent solutions to our clients, we take time to research the most innovative technologies and solutions. As such, we work with partners who offer cutting-edge products such as Gira and Paxton.

We work with well-established brands such as Harrods, Selfridges, The Shard, The Royal Exchange, Canary Wharf, Westfield, Thomas Brown, Tiffany & Co, Lexus, Toyota, Seat, Land Rover. We are officially certified to work at Heathrow Airport. We now also cover branches of our clients nationwide and within the EU.
